  • Very interesting to hear about your background and approach Ryan. I’ve worked as a composer for many years, and know what it’s like to have to write in many styles, especially when it comes to making a living!

  • They’re two great meditations. The mindfulness meditation should really help with singing on many levels, and the loving kindness compliments it very well
