I’ve just heard of the ‘Taubman Approach’ for pianists – thanks Laura :-) It’s a way of using the natural movements of the body to play the piano. Sounds like it may have similarities to the Alexander Technique to me, but focused more on the particular needs of piano players.

I’m interested in hearing from anybody who has studied this, what it entails, and what results where achieved!

I haven’t studied it, so I can’t speak from experience, but I have found an article about it. It teaches how to make music without fatigue, pain or injury. Doesn’t sound too far from the Alexander technique. There’s an annual symposium at Princeton university in New Jersey.
