Miguel Gutierrez

Miguel has been playing music since the age of eight, specialising in guitar, drums and bass. He also teaches Salsa dancing and MMA (Mixed Martial arts). These hobbies have influenced his approach to treating patients working and performing in these areas.

Over the many years of treating musicians, Miguel has been concerned by the fact that a large number do not think about exercise as an essential part of their lifestyle. Depending upon the instrument played, musicians can develop weak muscles, mainly on one side of the back. Consequently they are very likely to develop muscle shortness that can course all types of discomfort and pain.
